Are you an experienced Head of Project Delivery, Project Director or Senior Delivery Manager looking to lead the delivery of some of the UK's largest and most prestigious utility-scale renewable energy projects? As a Head of Project Delivery, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the strategic planning, pre-construction activities and end-to-end delivery of utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects
  • Managing Project Managers and Construction Managers whilst driving programme performance, safety, quality and commercial success across a portfolio of projects
  • Overseeing project governance, budgets, programme management, risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Working closely with senior leadership, engineering, project services and operations teams to continuously improve project delivery and support business growth

The successful Head of Project Delivery should have:

  • Proven experience delivering utility-scale Solar PV and/or Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects
  • Demonstrable leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project delivery and construction teams
  • Strong commercial knowledge including programme management, budgets, contractor management and change control
  • Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, Health & Safety, quality management and project governance within large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects
