Package: £55,000 – £60,000 + Bonus + Progression + 33 Days Holidays + IMMEDIATE START

Your Role as a Maintenance Manager will include:
- Leading and developing a multi-skilled maintenance and electrical engineering team
- Driving preventative maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing budgets, contractor relationships and critical spare parts
- Working closely with production to maximise plant efficiency and minimise downtime
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards
The successful Maintenance Manager will have:
- Mechanical engineering qualifications
- Experience leading maintenance teams within manufacturing or production environments
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and continuous improvement
- Experience managing contractors, budgets and engineering resources
