Your Role as Head of Sales will include:
- Developing and implementing the company's sales strategy
- Building, leading and developing a high-performing sales team
- Driving new business growth while developing key client relationships
- Managing sales performance, KPIs and forecasting
- Working closely with senior leadership to support business growth
The successful Head of Sales will have:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role
- Strong background within electrical compliance, testing & inspection or facilities management
- Track record of winning new business and delivering revenue growth
- Experience building, managing and developing successful sales teams
- Commercial mindset with the ambition to grow a department
